After, 16 days 5 more men were employed and the work got completed in another 15 days (total = 31 days)
Now, if this 5 men hadn't been employed:
M1*D1/W = M2*D2/W
Work to be done is same.
M1=30...M2=25...D1=15
30*15 = 25*D2
D2 = 18 days.
So the it would have taken 2 more days to complete the whole work, that is 34 days(which should have been completed by 32 days).
