25% of an angle is the complement of 50. find the angles​

let the angle be A,

then

complement of 50°=90°-50°=40°,

now according to the question, we have

25% of A = 40°,

25/100 x A =40°,

1/4 x A =40°,

therefore

A=40°x4,

A=160°

1/4*angle=90-50

angle%2F4=40

Multiply both sides by 4

Angle =160°
