The constitution makers of our country were worried that in an open electoral competition , certain weaker sections may not stand a good chance to get elected to the Loksabha and state legislative assemblies . they may not have required resources yo win the elections . if that happens our country will be considered as a less democratic country . so , makers of our constitutions thought of system of reserved constituencies for weaker section.
2. lose everything all the time – phone, keys, dignity on a night out – then you may have lost your polling card and be worried you won’t be able to vote without it. This is not the case. All you need to do when you arrive at the polling station is give your name and address, and if you are are on the electoral roll, you will be able to vote. If you bring your polling card, it just might be slightly quicker.
