25)Whenever you wash a piece of cloth containing turmeric stains using a
detergent ,the yellow -coloured stains get converted into reddish -orange
spots.Why does this happen? (2)​

The keto firm is yellow while enol is red. Soap is basic. So when turmeric comes into contact with soap, the Curcumin turns into enol form and becomes red.
