25(x+y)^2-9(x-y)^2

= 5^2(x+y)^2 - 3^2(x-y)^2

=[5(x+y)]^2-[3(x-y)]^2

=[5x+5y]^2 - [3x-3y]^2

= [5x+5y+3x-3y][5x+5y-(3x-3y)]

since a^2-b^2= (a+b)(a-b)

=[8x-2y][5x+5y-3x+3y]

=(8x-2y)(2x+8y)

=2(4x-y)*2(x+4y)
=4(4x-y)(x+4y)

mysticd: in last step 4(4x-y)(x+4y)

Answer:

25(x+y)^2-9(x-y)^2

= 5^2(x+y)^2 - 3^2(x-y)^2

=[5(x+y)]^2-[3(x-y)]^2

=[5x+5y]^2 - [3x-3y]^2

= [5x+5y+3x-3y][5x+5y-(3x-3y)]

since a^2-b^2= (a+b)(a-b)

=[8x-2y][5x+5y-3x+3y]

=(8x-2y)(2x+8y)

=2(4x-y)*2(x+4y)

=4(4x-y)(x+4y)
