25mL of water is taken separately in two China dishes. One is kept near a window and the other is kept in a cupboard. Giving reason explain in which case evaporation takes place at faster speed.

the one near the window will evaporate at a faster rate because the wind in the surrounding would take up more vapours and is constantly moving whereas in the cupboard the water vapours after evaporating will remain in the same area causing increase in concentration and maybe interchange too

evaporation will take place faster near the window as there will be no presence of wind in the cupboard but there will be wind at the window
the reason is that evaporation takes place faster when the wind speed is greater
what happens is that the existing water vapours in the air are carried away by the wind making space for new water vapours
