25p² -  80p + 64 = 0

By splitting the middle terms,

By adding we should get - 80

By multiplying we should get 1600

Therefore,

25p² - 40p - 40p + 64

(as middle term consists - sign therefore the two numbers which we are going to select should be in - sign)

5p(5p - 8) - 8 (5p - 8) = 0

(5p - 8)(5p - 8) = 0

⇒5p - 8 = 0

5p = 8

p = 8/5

⇒5p - 8 = 0

5p = 8

p = 8/5

Therefore the zeros are 8/5, 8/5.
