 \frac{25 {x}^{2} }{9}  - 4 \\ taking \: lcm \: we \: get \\  \frac{25 {x}^{2}   - 36}{9}

\\  \frac{25 {x}^{2}   -  {6}^{2} }{9} \\  \frac{(5x)^{2} -  {6}^{2}  }{9}  \\ as \:  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

\ so \:  \:  \frac{(5x + 6)(5x - 6)}{9}  \\ ( \frac{5x + 6}{9} )( \frac{5x - 6}{9} )
