let X be no of girls participating in game and y n z be the no of girls and boys not participating in game

no of boys participants=15

so 3/2=15/X

so X= 10

and y-z = 5

also total no of students participating =15+10

=25

no of students not participating = 60-25

=35

so y+z = 35

solving y-z=5

and y+z=35

we get y= 20

so total no of girls =X +y

=10+20

=30
