Answer:

Cow gives 2.5 litre of milk, so according to question diet required = 1.25 Kg.

So, Total diet required by cow = 2 Kg + 1.25 Kg = 3.25 Kg

Cost of 1 Kg of diet = Rs.7

Cost of 3.25 Kg of diet = Rs. (3.25 x 7) = Rs. 22.75

Cost of 1 Kg of milk = Rs. 10

Cost of 2.5 Kg of milk = Rs. (10 x 2.5 ) = Rs. 25

Required ratio = 22.75 : 25 = 2275:2500 = 91:100 - - (ANS)

Answer:

91:100

Step-by-step explanation:

By Condition ,

1 litre of milk is produced if the cow is given 1/2 kg food

2 1/2 litres of milk is produced if the cow is given 1 1/4 kg food

the cow also takes 2kg of food by which milk is not produced

hence the cow eats 3 1/4 kg food which costs ₹22 3/4

the cow produced 2 1/2 litres of milk which costs ₹25

the ratio is hence forth 22 3/4 : 25

=91/4 : 25

=91 : 100 [Ans.]
