In circular motion speed will be constant but velocity changes.

Velocity is uniform if there is equal displacement in equal intervals of time.

Av. valocity can be zero if the initial and final vel equals to zero.

Ex: av velocity=v1 + v2/ time

If v1 +v2= 0

av vel = 0
