Answer:

formula = \frac{\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}  }{V}

      = \frac{1}{2}dv^{2}    (where d = density)

      = \frac{1}{2}*1000*2^{2} (d of water =  1000)

      = 2000J/m^{3}
