Explanation:

1- The Minimum Wages Act (1948), Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act (1986) etc seeks to protect the interests of the workers.

2- The Maternity Benefit Act (1961) and Equal Reneration Act (1976) have been implemented to protect the interests of women workers.

3-There are several other enactments by the Central and State Governments to give effects to these principles. Inspite of the above steps by the central and state governments, the Directive principle of state policy have not been implemented fully due to lack of resources, socials, economic condition, and population.
