molarity \:  =   \frac{10 \times d \times x}{gmw}  \: where \: x = mass \: percentge

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:    =  \frac{10 \times 0.85 \times 26}{17}

 =  \frac{85 \times 2.6}{17}

 = 5 \times 2.6

 = 13
