we know that distance travelled in last second is = u*n + g/2*(2*n - 1)

substitute u =0, g = 10 m/s^2, n=1 sec,

in above equation we get

h/64 = 0 + 10/2*(1)

h =320 m

also

320 = (1/2) *10*t^2

t^2 = 64

t = 8 sec
