27. A man bought two articles for Rs. 120 each. He sold
one of the articles at a loss of 10% and the second at
10% gain. For how much money did he sell both the
articles ?​

we can assume CP of each article is Rs. 100

Total CP = 100 + 100 = Rs. 200

SP of first article = 100 × 90/100 = 90

SP of second article = 100 × 120/100 = 120

Total SP = 90 + 120 = Rs. 210

Profit = 210 – 200 = 10

Profit percentage = (10/200) × 100 = 5 %
