So,

=> 70 x 70 = 4900

Hence our assumption is wrong because we have to add to make it a perfect square.

Hence we will take 71.

=> 71 x 71 = 5041

=> 5041 - 4941 = 100

However, if we add 100 in 4941 the it will be a perfect square.
