1 :)

I am assuming 256 gram 5 to be 256 gram sulfur

     mass of sulfur = 32

     moles of sulfurr atoms = 256/32 = 8 moles

under standard conditions sulfur is found in S₈ form

moles of S₈ = 1 mole

     molecules of S₈ = 6.022 X 10²³

2 :)

    mass of P = 31

     moles of P = 124/31 = 4 moles

under standard conditions Phosphorus is found in P₄ form

number of moles of P₄ = 1

     molecules of P₄ = 6.022  X  10²³

3 :|

    mass of H = 1

    moles of H = 4/1 = 4 moles

    moles of H₂ = 4/2 = 2 moles

     number of molecules of H₂ = 2 X 6.022 X 10²³

4 :(

22.4 L CO means 1 mole of CO

      Number of molecules of CO = 6.022 X 10²³
