Heya !

Ur answer is here.

Let a be first term and d be common differnece.
It is given that 9th term is -10 and d = 5/7.
So, a₉ = a + 8d
⇒ -10 = a + 8 X 5/7
⇒ -10 = a + 40/7
⇒ a =  \frac{-70}{7} -  \frac{40}{7}  .
⇒ a = -110/7

Hence, a = -110/7.

Now, we have to find a₂₉,
(using formula, aⁿ = a + (n-1)d)
a₂₉ = -110/7 + 28 X 5/7
a₂₉ = -110/7 + 20
a₂₉ = -110/7 + 140/7
a₂₉ = 30/7.

Hence, 29th term of given AP is 30/7.

Hope it helps

hii

This is your answer...

Given :-
Ninth term, a9 = -10.
Common difference, d = 5/7.

Now,
a9 = a + 8d
-10 = a + 8 X 5/7
a = -10 - 40/7
a = -70/7 - 40/7
Hence, a = -110/7

Now, putting value of a in a29 = a + (29-1 )d

a29 = -110/7 + 28 X 5/7.
       = -110/7 + 140/7
       =  30/7.
hence 29th tern is 30/7.

Hope it helps uh
