 = > 3^{3x} = (3)^2 * 3^{-x}

 = > 3^{3x} = 3^{2 - x}

 = > 3x = 2 - x

 = > 4x = 2

 = > x = \frac{2}{4}

Hello!!!

 {27}^{x} = 9 \div {3}^{x}

 {27}^{x \: } \times \: {3}^{x} = 9

 {81}^{x} \: = 9

We can write it as,

 {9}^{(2)x} \: = {9}^{1}

On equating,

=>2x=1

=>x=1/2.

Hope it helps:)
