The major cause of spread of some diseases is poor sanitation facilitiesfor eg sometimes,the public sanitation places are not cleaned for weeks.mosquitos start to breed in such filthy place.they can cause diseases like malaria ,dengue,chikungunya after biting any person.on the other hand ,if those flies or mosquitos  sit on foodstuffs,their bacteria gets transferred to the food.if this food is eaten ,it can cause cholera ,dysentry and many other problems.HENCE IMPROVEMENT IN SANITATION FACILITIES MAY PREVENT MANY DISEASES
