we should conserve water still because most of it is salty water present in seas ...oceans..etc...which is harmful for consumption by humans...

Even though our Blue planet is covered of 75% of water but still we have to conserve water because over the 75% only 0.1% is suitable for drinking and cooking which is present as lakes ponds,etc. The remaining 73%is present as saline water which is unsuitable for human consumption and utilisation and 1.9% as glaciers which on melting may give freshwater which is not feasible. So we are in a great need save that 0.1% of freshwater to save our upcoming generations.

Hence conservation of water is essential for our life and for this beautiful blue planet
