Labors of farmers:

  • Farming requires a great contract for hard work. Small farmers along with their families develop their own fields. Average and large farmers hire farm laborers to work on their fields.
  • These farm laborers come either from landless families or families cultivating slight plots of land, they do not have a right over the crops grown on the land. In its place, they are paid salaries by the farmer for whom they work.
  • Wages can be in cash. Whatever they get as salaries is always less than the minimum wages stable by the government. At times laborers get meals also. Wages vary extensively from region to region, from crop to crop, from one farm doings to another.

Hope it helped..
