Step-by-step explanation:

Total Students Appeared = 280

Ratio of number of boys to number of girls = 5:3

Let's First find the number of Boys and Girls.

Let the number of Boys and Girls be 5x and 3x Respectively.

5x + 3x = 280

8x = 280

x = 35

Therefore, 5x = 5 × 35

= 175

3x = 3 × 35

= 105

The Subjects Conducted a/q is 2 i.e. Maths And Physics.

The number of Boys Passed only in Maths is 32℅ of the Boys.

32 ℅ of 175

= 56

Half of this Number is equal to the number of girls who passed both in Physics and Maths.

Half of 56 is 28.

Therefore 28 girls passed both in Maths And Physics.

The number of boys who passed only in Physics is equal to the number of girls who passed in Maths and this number is 15% of the total number of students

So let's find 15℅ of total students I.e. 280.

15℅ of 280

= 42

Therefore the number of boys who passed in physics and the number of girls who passed in Maths is 42

We know that the number of girls who passed in Maths = 42 and the number of girls who passed both in Maths And Physics = 28.Also,The total number of girls is 105.

Therefore,To find the number of girls passed in Physics,We need to subtract the sum of the number of girls passed in

Maths and Physics and Maths from the total number of girls.

Therefore,

105 - (42 + 28)

= 105 - 70

= 35

Therefore,the number of girls passed in Physics = 35.
