We use BODMAS to solve the problem.

∴ [29 - (- 2) {6 - (7 - 3)}] ÷ [3 × {5 + (- 3) × (2)}]

= [29 + 2 {6 - 4}] ÷ [3 × {5 - 3 × 2}]

= [29 + 2 (2)] ÷ [3 × {5 - 6}]

= [29 + 4] ÷ [3 × {- 1}]

= 33 ÷ (- 3)

= - 11
