Explanation:

Given:-

u(initial velocity)=  20 m/s

a(acceleration)= 0.5 m s-2

t(time taken)= 30 s

To find:-

s(distance travelled)

Solution:-

since, s=ut+1/2at^2

s= 20*30+1/2*0.5*(30)^2

s= 600+900/4

s=600+225

therefore, s=825 m

Answer- The distance travelled is 825 m.
