hey mate , here's your answer.....

The transportation of oraganic solutes is carried out by the tissues- "XYLEM" and "PHLOEM".

•Functioning of XYLEM:-

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The "XYLEM" tissue helps in transporting water , minerals and nutrients absorbed by the roots to different parts of the plant.
•FUNCTIONING OF PHLOEM:-
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The "PHLOEM" tissue helps in the transportation of organic solutes from the leaves after photosynthesis to other parts of the plant.

•EXTRA INFORMATION :-

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
*The process of transportation of organic solutes is also called "TRANSLOCATION".
*The Xylem also provides structural support to the stem of a plant.
*The Phloem supports bi-directional flow of organic solutes.
*The Xylem supports uni-directional flow of organic solutes.
*The Cells of PHLOEM contain large quantities of organic solutes.
* The organic solutes stored in the cells of PHLOEM are mainly sugars such as sucrose in soluble form.
......hope this helps.....
