a. The ratio is 9:3:3:1

(Note that phenotype only corresponds to the physical appearance of the offspring.In this case you obtain 9 plants of tall round,3 plants of short round,3 plants of tall wrinkled and 1 plant of short wrinkled.Therefore the ratio became 9:3:3:1)

b.All plants in F1 generation were tall and round because tallness and roundness were the DOMINANT TRAITS.

(Note that only dominant traits will get expressed in F1.Dwarfness and wrinkled were the recessive traits.They do not get expressed at all in F1.)
