\huge\mathcal{Answer \ :-}

\mathsf{Given \ :-}

 ({2 {a}^{2}  {b}^{3} })({6 {a}^{ - 3}  {b}^{ - 3} })  \\
\mathsf{Using \ identity}

 {x}^{ - m}  =  \frac{1}{ {x}^{m} }  \\
•°•

 \frac{(2 {a}^{2}  {b}^{3} )( 6)}{ {a}^{3}  {b}^{3} }  \\
\mathsf{On \ expanding, \ we \ get}

 \frac{2 \times a \times a \times b \times b \times b \times 6}{a \times a \times a \times b \times b \times b}  \\

\mathsf{On \ cancelling,  \ we \ get}

 \frac{2 \times 6}{a}  \\  \\  \frac{12}{a}
\mathsf\green{The \ answer \ is \ 12/a.}

\huge\mathbb{Hope \ this \ helps.}
