Solution :

We know the algebraic identity,

(x+y+z)² = x²+y²+z²+2xy+2yz+2zx

Now ,

( -2a + 5b - 3c )²

= [ (-2a) + 5b + ( -3c ) ]²

= (-2a)²+(5b)²+(-3c)²+2(-2a)(5b)

+2(5b)(-3c)+2(-3c)(-2a)

= 4a²+25b²+9c²-20ab-30bc+12ca
