open the brackets

 \frac{2a}{7} \times  \frac{2a}{7} \times  \frac{2a}{7} \times  \frac{2a}{7} \times  \frac{7 \times 7 \times 7}{8a} \times  \frac{4a \times 4a}{2}

then cancel out

 \frac{a \times 4a \times 4a}{7}

 \frac{ {16a}^{3} }{7}
