Using the above identity,

 {(2 {a}^{3}) }^{2}  + 2(2 {a}^{3} )(5 {b}^{2} ) +  {(5 {b}^{2} )}^{2}

4 {a}^{6}  + 20 {a}^{3}  {b}^{2}  + 25 {b}^{2}

4 {a}^{6 }  +  {b}^{2} (20 {a}^{3}  + 25)

4 {a}^{6 }  +  {b}^{2} (5(4 {a}^{3}  + 5))
