So, no.of red cars = 2/9
No.of white cars = 4/9
Total = (2/9 +4/9) = 6/9
Left, or no.of black cars = 9/9 - 6/9 = 3/9 or, 1/3(by simplifying)
If total cars are given 260 then, 1/3 th part of it are black.
Therefore, no.of black cars = 260× 1/3 = 86 (since none of the cars can be a fraction, so you have to go with the whole no.)
