Here's your answer------------

>>. 2cos^2x+3sinx=0

>>. 2(1 – sin2 x) + 3 sin x = 0

>>. 2 – 2 sin2x + 3 sin x = 0

>>. 2 sin2x – 3 sin x – 2 = 0

>>. 2 sin2x – 4 sin x + sin x – 2 = 0

>>. 2 sin x (sin x – 2) + 1 (sin x – 2) = 0

>>. (sin x – 2) (2 sin x + 1) = 0

hence,sin X=2. and. sinx= -1/2

now,sin X ≠ 2

since,sin X always lies between -1 to +1.

therefore, sin X= -1/2
sin X=sin 7π/6

X=nπ+(-1)7π/6 {general solution}
