using the identity

(a-b)^3= a^3-b^3 -3a^2b+3ab^2

a= 2m

b= 5

(2m-5)^3= (2m)³ - 5³ - 3 x (2m )² x 5 + 3 x 2m x 5²

= 8m³- 125 - 60m²+ 150m
