we can write this as,

a2- a1. = a3 - a2

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

m + 10 - 2m = 3m +10 - m - 10

10 - m = 2m

10 = 3m

m = 10 / 3

We all know that difference of an AP is equal, we have just done that. We have just equated the Difference between the terms.
