Answer:

EQUATION 1 =  2m + n = 0

EQUATION 2 = m + 2n = 3

There are 3 methods to solve

1 ) SUBSTITUTION METHOD

2) CRAMERS RULE / CROSS MULTIPLICATION METHOD

3) ELIMINATION METHOD

I will solve with substitution method

∴2m + n = 0

∴ n = - 2m (3)

putting value of equation ( 3 ) in equation 2

∴m + 2n = 3            [ put value of n from equation 3]

∴ m + 2(-2m) = 3

∴m - 4m = 3

∴ -3m = 3

∴ m = -1

putting value of m in equation 1

∴2(-1) + n = 0

∴ -2 + n = 0

∴ n = 2

so we got answer

m = -1  & n = 2
