2 {m}^{4}  - 3 {m}^{2}  + 7 \\  =  > 2 {m}^{4}  +  {0m}^{3}  -  {3m}^{2}   + {7}^{1}  \\

so coefficients of m⁴ is 2,m³ is 0 and m is -3
