The reactants are :-
NaOH = Sodium hydroxide
Zn = Zinc

So , reaction is

NaOH + Zn ---> Na2ZnO2 + H2

Here metal + base = basic salt + hydrogen

And forms ( sodium zincate ) .

When 2NaOH + Zn reacts then they produces Na2ZnO2 ( sodium zincaye) + H2.
