First of all , arranging - :

8n +  \frac{1}{5}  + 4z+  \frac{4}{15}

 - 8n - 4z =  \frac{1}{5}  \times  \frac{4}{15}

 - z - n = 12 +  \frac{20}{15}

 - z - n =  - 12  +  \frac{4}{5}
