This can be found by getting potential at the third vertex of the equilateral ∆ due to the two ×10^(-9) C charges placed at other vertices. Then using formula for potential due to electric charge at a distance from the given charge it could be found that V=2×9×10^9×3×(10^-9/(0.2) volts=54/0.2= 270V.Ans..
