see first we will take out the average score of each one of the means A ; 32+28+47+63+71+39+10+60+96+14=460 and of B is o.e total score is 19+31+48+53+67+90+10+62+40+80=500
there fore ave. score of A is 46 and B is 50 therefore B is more consistent
