 =  >  - 2 {p}^{3}  - 3 {p}^{2}  + 4p + 7

When p = 2 ,

 =  >  - 2 \times 8 - 3 \times 4 + 4 \times 2 + 7

 =  >  - 16 - 12 + 8 + 7

 =  >  - 13
