12 is not ohm , its volt
as current is inversely proportional to resistance , so maximum resistance produces minimum current and minimum resistance produces maximum current

answer = maximum resistance => 1/r=1/10+1/15(parallel)
1/r=3+2/30
1/r=5/30
r=6. (minimum)
as by this r , current ( maximum ) = v/r=12/6
=2

maximum resistance = 10+15 (series)
R=25
minimum current by this R = V/R
=12/25
= 0.48 A
