2 (1-cos²x) + √3cos x + 1 = 0

2 cos² x - √3 cos x- 3 = 0

cos x = √3 +- √3 + 24/4

= √3 +- 3√3/4

cos x  cannnot be greater than 1

cos x = - 2√3/4

= -√3/2

x = 2nπ +- 5π/6
