= [{(2x)^2 + 1^2 - 2(2x * 1)} / {(2y)^2 + (3z)^2 - 2(2y * 3z)}]

= [4x^2 + 1 - 4x] / [4y^2 + 9z^2 - 12yz]

= 4x^2 + 1 - 4x/4y^2 + 9z^2 - 12yz
