10x-5-18x-6/15=1/3

-8x-11/15=1/3

by cross multiplication

3(-8x-11)=15

-24x-33=15

-24x=15+33

x=48/-24

x=-2

Hi ,

( 2x - 1 ) /3 - ( 6x - 2 )/5 = 1/3

[5( 2x - 1 ) - 3 ( 6x - 2 ) ] /15 = 1/3

( 10x - 5 - 18x + 6 ) = 15 / 3

- 8x + 1 = 5

-8x = 5 - 1

-8x = 4

x = 4 / ( -8 )

x = - 1/ 2

I hope this helps you.

:)
