(2x-1)^3

The above question is in the form of (a-b)^3=a^3-b^3-3ab(a-b)

a=2x;b=1

=(2x)^3-(1)^3-3(2x)(1)[2x-1]
=8x^3-1-6x[2x-1]
=8x^3-1-12x^2+6x
=8x^3-12x^2+6x-1
