SOLUTION:--

Given pair of equations are (2x + 1) / 7 + (5y - 3) / 3 = 12

⇒ 3(2x + 1) + 7(5y - 3) = 12 x 21

⇒ 6x + 3 + 35y - 21 = 252

⇒ 6x + 35y  = 252 + 18

⇒ 6x + 35y  = 270 ---------(1)

And (3x - 2) / 2 - (4y + 3) / 9 = 13.

⇒ 9(3x - 2) - 2(4y + 3) = 13 x 18

⇒ 27x - 18 - 8y - 6 = 234

⇒ 27x - 8y  = 234 + 24

⇒ 27x - 8y  = 258 ---------(2)

Solving (1) and (2) we obtain x and y values.
