Answer:

 \frac{(2x - 13)}{5}  -  \frac{(x - 3)}{11}  = (x - 9)15 + 1

 \frac{(2x - 13) \times 11 - (x - 3) \times 5}{55}  = (x - 9)16

 \frac{22x - 143 - 5x + 15}{55}  = 16x - 144

 \frac{17x - 128} {55}  = 16x - 144

17x - 128 =( 16x - 144) \times 55

17x - 128 = 880x - 7920

7920 - 128 = 880x - 17x

7792 = 863x

 \frac{7792}{863}  = x

9.02 = x
